The Baltimore Ravens signed Williams on November 10, 2020 and released him after the season on January 18, 2021. Williams played in 7 games for the Ravens, and totaled 15 tackles, two quarterback hits, and one pass defensed.
On January 21, 2021, the Green Bay Packers signed Williams to the practice squad following his January 18 release from the Baltimore Ravens. On January 23, 2021, Williams was promoted to the active roster in advance of the Packers’ NFC Championship game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers
